1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

TALUS2 LLC is an Illinois limited liability company. TALUS-2™ is its brand. These Terms apply to the talus2.com website and to the digital products sold on it.

2. Our digital products

The digital products are:

• Vulnerability Under Load™ Executive Implementation Guide
• Vulnerability Under Load™ Executive Knowledge System

Each is a one-time purchase. Every TALUS-2 product is a single payment. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges. The price charged is the price shown at checkout at the time of your purchase.

The Founders 100 Club is a one-time $997 payment, with the same 7-day money-back guarantee.

Personal Mapping and data center mapping are services. They are quoted privately after a live conversation. The refund policy on this page covers the digital products and the Founders 100 Club.

3. Delivery

Your purchase is delivered as a downloadable file, through a one-time access link sent to the address you used at checkout, and one backup confirmation email is sent to the same address. You can save and keep the file you download. The one-time access link is a delivery method: it serves your file once. It does not limit your ability to save or keep the file. Your email address is used to deliver your purchase and to send that backup confirmation, and for nothing else.

4. Money-back guarantee

Money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, email info@talus2.com within 7 days of purchase and we will refund your purchase in full. Refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. Where we sell

TALUS2 LLC currently offers its digital products to buyers in the United States.

8. Changes to these Terms

TALUS2 LLC may update these Terms. The version in effect when you purchased applies to your purchase.
