TALUS-2™ is more than one framework. It is the institute behind Vulnerability Under Load™, with books, an audiobook, guides and tools, and Mapping work for people, organizations, data centers, and municipalities.
Vulnerability Under Load™ is the foundation: a plain framework that looks at four things, always in the same order: Load, Capacity, Compensation, and Consequence. When a person, a team, or a system has to work harder to produce the same result, the strain is already there, even if nothing has broken yet.
